Refund policy

Due to the unique and curated nature of our products, Bhagya Mani operates under a strict No Returns / Final Sale policy. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Exchanges Only)

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or incorrect. To request an exchange, please follow our verification steps:

1. Unboxing Video Required: You must record a single, continuous, and unedited video while opening the sealed package. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the intact outer packaging, and the defect or incorrect item.

2. Submit via Exchange Form: All claims must be submitted through our official Exchange Request

3. 48-Hour Window: Your form and unboxing video must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Please Note: Any request submitted without a valid, unedited unboxing video or sent after the 48-hour window cannot be accepted. Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
